Brian Walker, Managing Director, has achieved recognition and various awards for 30 years through such innovative concepts as: Healthcare; Customer Delight; High Performance Teams; Lean Sigma Enterprise Success; Advanced Adult and People Performance Learning Systems; Strategic Business Turnaround Systems; Practical Continuous Improvement for Success and Successful Business Systems within ISO 9000 and TS 16949.

His academic accomplishments include:

  • The University of Toronto’s innovative joint Master’s Degree majoring in policy administration and organizational development through the Schools of Social Policy and Business.
  • The University of Western Ontario Bachelor’s – Organizational Dynamics.

Brian has also earned several professional career accomplishments such as: Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing from Kaizen Institute of America, Professional Advanced Adult Learning, Training and Facilitation Certificate and Certified Quality Auditor & Manager.

He is a prolific author having developed several publications on a wide variety of topics and professional disciplines.

Brian is also recognized for his volunteer contributions to a number agencies beginning in 1972 with Big Brothers. Others include: Boards of Trades; Epilepsy Association; Ontario Lung; Junior Achievement; London England East London Docks Community Center and Toronto Church Street Community Center.

Ron Bercaw has 25 years proven abilities to lead and engage teams providing the impetus for transformational changes in health care, manufacturing, retail, public service, aerospace and the like.

Ron earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. He also achieved distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy West Point, NY.

Ron won the prestigious Shingo Award for his research on lean applications in healthcare, government and private industries and organizations.



Alex Gallacher is a highly respected Human Resources leader who is adept at aligning human capital solutions with business strategies. A visionary and renowned successful builder of motivated, productive work groups, Alex is passionate about creatively showing our clients how all aspects of HR can work together to help them achieve their organizational objectives. Sought out for advice by peers and clients alike, Alex’s expertise within the HR field makes him an invaluable resource for Quality Leadership.

Alex received an MBA in Human Resources Management from McGill University. He also holds Certifications in Executive Leadership, and HR Management, from the University of Toronto; and, in Advanced Executive Management from the University of Western Ontario and Northwestern University. He has achieved the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP) from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), is a current HRPA Board Member and is active in the HR community.


Ray Murray studied Mechanical Engineering – Ryerson University, Toronto (B.A.). He has 40 years’ experience in government, automotive, electronics and industrial as a General Manager and Kaizen Sensei. Ray has successfully and consistently achieved performance people and profit goals. He demonstrates value added expertise in facilitating and leading change to world-class performance systems.

 

Roberta Brakenbury Roberta brings with her a number of years’ experience in finances, capital, training and development to assist our clients to achieve their important goals. Roberta joined the QLM team in 2014 to conduct Financial Analysis and Business Evaluations. She is a trusted member of our team. Her duties include financial analysis and business evaluations on behalf of our clients. She has over 30 years of experience in both the Public and Private sectors.

In Government she served as a Financial Analyst for both the Current and Capital Budgets and was the Finance Representative for the funding requirements for the Peel Regional Police Headquarters and Divisional Building. For her expertise she received a Commendation from the Chairman of the Region.

As Project Manager, Roberta was instrumental in creating systems for a new business by establishing computer communications, policies and procedures to ensure continuity throughout the staff. The Management of each project helped create a complete understanding of the effects on Stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Roberta has also been recognized for his volunteer contributions to Junior Achievement of Metro Toronto and York Region.
Her studies at York University and her experience as a financial analyst and program director in the public and private sectors bring a practical and proven approach to delighting customers.
